When TravPortUSA v2.0 was launched, the company had a unique opportunity to inaugurate its services with an unforgettable bang through one whimsical statement as the Online Onboarding Portal System (OOPS!).
With the TravPortUSA website once again being updated, the name was revised as well. You are now part of The TravPortUSA Experience. The Travel Portfolio’s online tools combine the power of the website, dynamic online forms, a Client Portal, and CRM to handle the give-and-take that occurs between agent and client. It also provides a clear path of dialogue between the agency, its host partner, and the myriad vendors to create bookings and resolve issues.
The Entry Portals refer to the gateways on the website that correspond to the types of services sought by clients and leads. These entry points lead to a series of online forms designed to capture information from those who enter to aid in fulfilling their requests. These requests are saved to a repository. From there, the information is imported into the CRM where itineraries can be built, and fares may be quoted. The information may be furthermore used to create a booking with travel vendors.
